Delivery & Returns
OVERVIEW
Not 100% satisfied? If a purchase is not quite right, we are happy to offer a refund, provided your request is made within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new with proof of purchase (further details below). If you would like to request a refund, please contact us and you will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Please ensure that the following conditions are met:
the item must be unworn, returned in its original condition and with all tags still attached;
the item must be safely packaged to avoid damage in transit (wherever possible, please repackage your item in the original packaging). We suggest that you maintain proof of postage so that you have a record of your return; and
please enclose a printout of your order confirmation and clearly write the reason why you wish to return the item. If you do not have access to a printer, please enclose a piece of paper and clearly write the order number and return reason along with your name and contact details.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request where the returned item is not in saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING
To return your item to us, please send your item to Italba Limited, Flat 28 Woodside House, Woodside, London SW19 7QN, United Kingdom.
Please note that we do not refund postage or shipping costs for returning your item to us.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and, without a return tracking number, we may not be able to honour your return if it is lost in transit. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. We suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or, for more expensive orders, purchasing shipping insurance.
International Shipping
All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival country’s customs authorities. We cannot take responsibility for, and cannot predict the amount of, any duties and taxes you will be charged for purchases. We will not accept any custom charges incurred when returning items and all international return packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes. For questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
EXCHANGES
We understand that shopping online can be tricky at times. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges directly. However, should you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns procedure (further details above) to get a refund on your original item and create a separate order for your new item.
FAULTY GOODS
Quality is a non-negotiable for us. Unfortunately, manufacturing faults can occur and we are sorry if you think your item is faulty. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or subsequently develop a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged as a result of general wear and tear or excessive or long-term usage will not be accepted as faulty.
Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or within 6 months of receipt of your order for a replacement (if a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund). Please contact us and we will be happy to help with this.
Before returning an item that you think is faulty (see returns procedure above), please launder the garment. Receipt of unwashed items may result in your product being returned to sender.
