Help with measuring (for all measurements, please make sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal to the floor).

Chest: measure around the widest part of your chest

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist (typically a couple of cm above the belly button)

Hip: standing with your feet together, measure around the widest point of your hip, so around the fullest part of the buttocks (typically around 8in/20cm below the waist)
